Try the “10-minute reset”: turn on music, give each toddler a job, and race to clean up toys. Then switch to a snack, bath, or book fort. Toddlers often need a new space, not a perfect activity.

Put half the toys away, then bring out “new” ones later. It makes old toys feel exciting again.
